You guys must not have ever used Christian Okoye from the Chiefs. Now that guy was damn near impossible to bring down period. I remember my brother playing against me with him and I could not tackle that asshole to save my life. That was Super Tecmo Bowl.

Okoye was a beast too, but not as much as Bo.

But really, the best player in the game is Randall Cunningham.

It was Bo, then Barry, then if I recall, Emmitt, then Okoye in that order of dominance....honorable mention thurman thomas

On D it was Lawrence Taylor followed by .... ah..what's his face from the Chiefs....then Reggie White.....then Deion......then maybe that dude from the Bills.....

the best things to do on defense is to control the nose guard and just immediately dive through the OL, or control a MLB and run all over the place, either racking up sacks or getting picks. i used to always use a safety, but a MLB is far superior if you use them right.

I did that all the time with Howie Long. Would average 20 something sacks a game.

I use to use Detroit with Barry Sanders and NT Jerry Ball would get a sack on almost every play on Defense.

My favorite thing was throwing 80 yard bombs from Mark Rypien to Art Monk. Never failed.

Haywood Jeffires was great at those too.

I can't remember which team I used to play... I think it was the 'Fins since the Pats weren't on there. Anyways, I'd always pick the QB, and nine times out of ten, run forward for five yards. If my friend tried to dive for the sack I'd just throw it to one of the quick outs. Lots of fun.

Yup, I would always do that with either Long or Bob Golic (usually Golic)

The things I remember about Tecmo:

    The Broncos could block PATs.

The quick slant to Jerry Rice was a guaranteed first down.

Randall Cunningham could throw the ball the length of the field.

The Bo/Howie combination was like cheating, but my favorite was Kevin Mack/Hanford Dixon.
