Did the announcer say that home teams who have gone up 2-0 win 94% of the time or 84%. I could not tell. Anyone got a link?

That would be because primarily teams that go 2-0 have the home court. They just need to take care of business and win these two at home. At 2-2, it doesn't matter that it was once 2-0. The odds get re-computed based on the history of 2-2 teams, which I'll bet are a of a lot better than 0-2 teams.
