I can see Jackson using hack-a-howard. Coaches, like Pop, Jackson, and obviously Nelson will use every rule possible to give them an advantage, like Hack-a-Amundson...
There's several fixes I can think of when in the penalty.
1. 1 FT and the ball back.
2. Other team's best FT shooter shoots.
3. Just give the offender a foul and the offensive team the ball back.
Actually when I think about it, perhaps option 3 is the best. Just let the other team foul like crazy and rack up fouls. Of course some asshole I guess with a lead would just let his bench foul like crazy to hold a lead. Dammit....
