Well, I was surprised that Phil let the Suns go on that tear in the 4th waiting to call a timeout until the 3rd consecutive 3 pointer.
In fairness, the Triangle (in a way, a Zone Offense in my understanding) has issues with zone defense, if you don't have a couple of your 'vertex' players driving. Kobe should have been driving harder to the basket and kicking out to shooters. Obviously, Fisher isn't Steve Kerr, and Farmar isn't Robert Horry. Pau could effectively play the role of a Shaq/C-Webb type post passer to break down the zone, but again, Artest has to make his open 3's for that to work.
