That's pretty hilarious. This guy probably has amazing snare drum chops. I can kinda tell by his motions. Totally ridiculous looking though.
Hard to tell if he's actually a decent drummer or not when he's acting like a dumbass.

He's obviously played in a marching band or a drum corps. Nothing particularly good about his chops though...
