First of all no republican was going to win that presidential election and any democrat would have won. You know this. So stop trying to counter point for no reason.
Second of all no candidate running against him constantly called him by his full name in every media and debate outlet. Not one.


What I say is true though. If anyone wants to beat candidates like this in an otherwise normal setting, just call them out constantly by their real names.

McCain apologized for Bob Cunningham in Feb 2008, but neither McCain nor Palin apologized after rallies in Sept-October of 2008 when introductory speakers referred to BHO by his full name again. As you may recall SP said BHO was "palling around with terrorists", and spontaneous cries of "traitor" went unrebutted by either.
