Celts win by 10.
I liked their defense in the second half. Think it will continue over into game 4
There's no way Kobe could play that bad again. Same can be said for Pierce and Allen, though. Hope Lakers gut it out.

I bet on the Lakers in game 3 since I usually bet on them when they're the underdogs and they won(as everybody knows)..they're the underdog again for game 4, but it seems like a trap..any gamblers have an opinion?(moneyline)..
I do....but will not give you my advice. Maybe if you treated me with a little more respect.
No way am I letting a Lakers fan make this thread!![]()
Did Kobe REALLY play that bad? I mean percentage wise, he wasnt that good, but defensively he did great. Its not like he shot 0-14.
Yeah, maybe he will just go 8-20 again
No but for real, I think Kobe is due for a good game.
Boston's biggest mistake was not giving Pierce enough touches in the end, the guy was just about to catch fire. I think Boston wins, Pierce bounce back, Allen wont shoot like he is Antoine Walker again. Although If Gasol and Kobe both had good games, the Celtics are in trouble. Unless the Celts win tomorrow, I say this series is over in 6.
Pierce is due for a monster game, Celtics by 5 IMO.
According to the NBA script for this finals Celtics win 4 and 5, Lakers win 6 and Celtics win 7.![]()
Lakers brah. This thread was first.
Boston doesn't have enough guts to win a game 7 @ Staples.
I think Kobe goes off today. Lakers win by 10.
The next 2 games are must-wins for Boston IMO..
Probably the only way LA wins tonight. Overcoming an Eddie Rush led officiating crew at the Garden is a tall order.
God, I hope so.
NEVER!!!

Artest v. Paulina Edition:
BOSTON -- Celtics forward Paul Pierce believes he is on the verge of a much-needed breakout game at the NBA Finals, ready to rescue his team with a big shooting night.
Lakers forward Ron Artest is thinking just the opposite, that his own defense is about to intensify, preparing to lock down Pierce even more than he already has.
One of them is going to be awakened rudely Thursday night. The winner of that debate is probably going to win Game 4.
While Pierce has struggled offensively in the last two games -- combining to make just seven of his 23 shots -- Artest is riled by the fact that neither Pierce nor Celtics coach Doc Rivers will credit him for the defensive role he has played.
Tru Warrior wrote:
"Paul said it wasn't me. Paul said I'm not doing anything, so I guess I better play better defensively (against him),'' Artest said sarcastically Wednesday after a short practice. "I have to go out there and make my defense affect somebody.''

"I know how to change a game defensively,'' Artest said. "I've dominated games defensively, and sometimes people don't see it. It's like that Chinese death blow hit. You don't feel until it's in you, and five seconds later, you kind of die. I forget the name of it, but it's a death blow.''
LMAO
Glenn Rivers in Denial wrote:
"I thought Paul is getting good shots,'' said Celtics coach Doc Rivers Wednesday. "He's not making some of them. Maybe Ron has something to do with that, but I don't think he is. If we get Paul in rhythm and get him on his spots, I feel very confident that Paul will have big games for the rest of the series.''

"I don't really see anything he's doing special that any other teams haven't done,'' Pierce said Wednesday before the Celtics practiced. "You watched the game. What do you think he's doing?''
LOL (from LG ...i know weak stuff usualy but occasionally funny stuff)
I was about to post something similar. Kobe didn't really play that poorly. He shot the ball horribly. And, if that was the point, well ummmmm, yes, Kobe can play that badly again because he's had plenty 10-for-29 type of shooting performances in his career. It shouldn't surprise anyone if he shot poorly again.
But that said, that won't necessarily mean he played badly. As long as he's aggressive, he attacks when there are opportunities and gets his big men involved when they have opportunities, and then plays a good overall game defensively and helping out with rebounds and such, then if he shoots poorly, you live with it.
Artest hasn't obeyed the script set forth by Media since the day he sought out the Mamba, naked in the showers.
& that is what galls not only Media, but, all other interested parties/Lakers Haters. The Buss's, Kupchak, Phil, Kobe, Odom, they've all had a hand in the reclamation of Ron Artest. They've succeeded where all others had failed.
i have a feeling kobe will have a "decent" game this time around. 13/22 FG 34 pts, 6 reb 5 asts 4 TO but the laker will lose.
im stoked brah
i'm nervous brah
