The Lakers organization always gets their stars surrounded with great players. They spend all the money they have to spend, they want rings.

Allen Iverson could be in Kobe's position, since they both shoot 40%-44% and are chuckers.

but with a great team around AI, the Horry's and Fisher's and MVPau's of the world could bail him out when he goes 6-24 like Kobe did tonight.

AI could have actually won rings.

Iverson isn't as efficient as Kobe, and he's a significantly worse defender..however, he easily wins at least 2 of the 3 les that the Lakers won during the 3-peat, no argument..
