Lakers were shooting horribly. All the Celtics needed was for someone to blockout. Perkins is the Celtics best player at doing that. Rasheed is so soft on rebounding. He also is not used to heavy minutes. Celtics ran out of steam because of that.

Or it says that Ainge is giving up on this team. He would rather this team not have to deal with rebuilding in expense of a possible championship. His teammates gotta be pissed with him right now.

The only reason Garnett even went off that was due to Sheed spreading the floor.
Not to mention Sheed's turnaround magically becoming money that game as entered into his, historical, Laker Killer Mode. He played better in game 7 than Perkins did the entire playoffs.
