This is something I've thought about. Athletes sweat enough that they shouldn't have to pee much during game play, but what about the ol' BM. I don't see too many basketball players leaving to the locker room during game time to use the restroom, it's bound to happen though. Sometimes you can only fight the colon so long. Maybe when players leave to the locker room to have an "injury" checked out only to come right back, they're really just taking a dump.
