Didn't realize this until I was looking at some stats of the other teams that are left in the WC playoffs. All the teams that are left have the same record at home as they do on the road during the regular season.

    Spurs
    At Home: 38 - 3
    On Road: 21 - 20

    Sonics
    At Home: 26 - 15
    On Road: 26 - 15

    Suns
    At Home: 31 - 10
    On Road: 31 - 10

    Mavs
    At Home: 29 - 12
    On Road: 29 - 12

I know the Spurs basically just own teams at home, they had the best home record, but what happens to them when they go on the road? Detroit has a similar pattern as far as the W-L record at home/away. The Spurs and Pistons are well-known for their outstanding defense, I wonder if they are not allowed to play the same way on the road.

    Just wondering......

i dont think so, considering we owned the best road record in the league for many many years after tim duncan came aboard. I think it has more to do with the way things played out this season with injuries and such.
