Source: Wade Leaning Towards Bulls
Dwyane Wade is leaning toward committing to the Chicago Bulls, a source close to the situation told ESPN.com's Chad Ford on Friday.
Wade requested a second meeting with the Bulls on Friday, according to the source.
Wade needed to clarify issues around possibly joining the Bulls, according to the source.
The Bulls would need to clear additional cap space to sign two players to max contracts.

Wade, Bulls meet again; Bosh, LeBron on deck
In a surprise development, Dwyane Wade met with the Bulls on Friday for the second time in two days, sources said.
The meeting took place at the downtown office of Wade's Chicago-based agent, Henry Thomas at 5 p.m. Two hours later, the Bulls were to meet with Chris Bosh at the United Center. Both are represented by Thomas.
Sources said the Bulls contacted Wade's camp again early Friday morning and Wade agreed to a second meeting.
"He was very impressed by the first meeting," one source said. "He's really taking free agency seriously."
All this is in advance of the Bulls' Saturday meeting with LeBron James, set for 1:30 Chicago time after the Cavaliers make their pitch.
Yahoo! Sports reported that James and Wade have discussed playing together, but that James has expressed reservations about joining Wade in Miami. A pairing of the two superstars in Chicago has emerged as an intriguing possibility.
One source said the Bulls are hoping to convince Wade they can sign one of the premier power forwards to add to a core already featuring Derrick Rose, Luol Deng and Joakim Noah. The Tribune also reported a long-shot, dream scenario early Friday wherein the Bulls engineer a sign-and-trade for one maximum free agent, thus preserving their nearly $30 million in salary-cap space for two other significant free agents, which could even include James.
Wade has been widely expected to re-sign with the Heat and made mildly disparaging comments regarding the Bulls in an interview with the Tribune in late May. But both sides came away from Thursday's initial meeting impressed.
A source close to the situation told ESPN.com's Chad Ford that Wade was leaning toward signing with the Bulls.
If the Bulls can't convince Bosh to come on board, sources said the Bulls' Thursday sit-down with Carlos Boozer were "very promising."
Wade met with the Bulls for close to two hours at the United Center Thursday morning, the first full day of free agency, in a meeting first reported by the Tribune. The Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel first reported the second meeting with the Bulls. Wade also met with the Knicks on Friday morning in Chicago.
The Sun-Sentinel quoted Heat president Pat Riley about Wade's second meeting with the Bulls.
"We feel very strongly about our commitment to Dwyane and our fans," Riley said.
I get the feeling that Wade is just ing around wasting everyone's time while the Heat try and convince Lebron and Bosch to come to Miami. I hope he fails miserably and gets stuck in Miami with ty Boozer

"Imma start a website called What little do they know.com..l2ms"
The twitterers out of miami are reporting that it was just a courtesy meeting requested by the Bulls. Probably much adieu about nothing.
I think bosh may wind up in miami with wade when it's all said and done...not sure about LeBron though.
the three of them on the Heat would be exciting though-a "super"team the miami sports guy call it. Everyone in the florida keys think that's an "instant" championship" but I would think they need more pieces to compete against a team like the Lakers, heck, even against the Celtics and the Magic!
Too bad site is already taken![]()
John, who is a foreign Bulls Insider reported the Bulls inquired about Deng for Okur deal. Thats the "supposed" serviceable center trade. I don't get it why add a center when you have Noah???
Think they talking bout Damp's contract...but that ain't happening

2 meetings one I can see two no
LMAO Pat riley. He was said to have shown Lebron his rings. Way to treat him like a child.
Because Noah isn't a center, he's a forward.
Is this the same Chad Ford who guaranteed either Parker or George Hill would be traded on draft day?
What a week for Heat fans. They go from a possible dream team of Bosh/Wade/Lebron to the Michael Beasley Dynasty....
He plays center for the Bulls...... and Quite frankly he is good at it considering at one point of the season he led the league in rebounds before getting hurt.
I can't see this happening. This is where we need to wait for actual agreements.
lol
BullsDynasty is all giddy about nothing
Chicago asked for the 2nd meeting, and Wade obviously agreed.
Wade himself tweeted "what little do they know" when earlier, people were saying Wade might leave Miami
I find it funny you used that tweet in SUPPORT of your thread lmao![]()
U mad brah? U mad because Miami is going from a possible dream team to a Beasley dynasty? I posted a twitter link just like half of the other threads created on this board. Oh and click on the radio link, further proof is in there. Wade is apparently mad at Amare and Heat F.O because one or the other didn't commit to Wade's plan.
It's not a for sure thing yet. I would calm down before claiming Miami's downfall.
lol Wade is not going to Chicago, he is just putting pressure on the Heat FO to bring in Bosh
