Suddenly, 2 year head coach Erik Spoelstra, is going to the hall of fame after the Super Team wins some rings.

pat riley will fire him midway into the season if not in training camp
like Riley isn't gonna take over. Part of this deal is that the Big Gay 3 will tank the first 7-8 games of the season so that Spoelstra can be fired.
He could win 2 of the next 3 les and they'll fire him... but he'll never get 3 full years anyway.
Anyone of us could coach that talent to the finals, let alone someone who actually knows what they're doing.
Spoelstra's gonna have the 3rd most championships for a coach in NBA history when all is said and done.

Spoelstra's a good coach. I think he'll be fine.
Speolstra has a chance to be the next Phil Jackson.. He just needs to sit on the bench and watch his talent win him rings. 10 years and 4 rings later he will be considered one of the greats
Erik will coach the whole year...Miami will fall a bit short...and riley will come in next year.
Spoelstra will be a hall of fame assistant coach, no doubt. Mostly for making water runs for Pat.
