    Splitter is scheduled to have a physical exam this morning. If he gets medical clearance, the Spurs will await word from his Spanish team, Caja Laboral, that the buyout of his contract in Spain has been accomplished.

    Barring complications, Splitter could be introduced as the newest Spur this afternoon.

    If not I will spend the rest of my life dedicating 40 percent of my pay checks toward basketball cards. I will also eat a sloppy joe sandwich for every meal of the during the entire NBA off season.
