Yoga's where it's at. Just ask Bruce Bowen, David Robinson, and that Indian dude from Street Fighter.
Because I CAN'T you freaking GOT.
why not? you like to rassle with him?
SHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT UUUUUUUUUUUPPPPP, you FAAAAAAAAG. I swear, you are almost as re ed as my stupid brother.
you like to rassle with him, too?
Classic hatha yoga, not the Americanized, money-grubbing, franchised "aerobic/hot" yoga bas izations.
Makes your mind, as well your body, supple. It's not a quick fix. The subtle improvements may escape you until they ac ulate enough to be noticeable, esp looking back a year or more on where you were.
B.K.S. Iyengar's Light On Yoga is the reference text.

Pilates should help too.
Isn't there a video you'd like to show us young man...
Gymnastics might help, maybe... if you're like 8 years old.
I don't reallyu know, but starting gymnastics as an adult just seems like it would be a really bad idea. You might break your penis doing the splits or something. But then again, if you're into MMA, you probably don't care that much about your body anyway.

at those posting serious replies.
even a few weeks of yoga can help with flexibility. I've noticed a difference in my flexibility and I started in mid May.
Just some on demand videos and some online instruction. But, taking some beginner classes can help you pinpoint troubled poses and posture.
No, my point was...that you can do the yoga tapes, dvds, etc. but to ensure that you are doing it 100% correctly then taking the class is advised (not that I don't feel the difference).
The classes are pricey, like $15 per class. I'd rather spend that on groceries. I'm not a richer like you, mookie.
heh
