What the is wrong with the other 40% and 28% of voters? Seriously, Democrats and Republicans are like Bloods & Crips, only they're fighting each other over access to bribes instead of territory to sell drugs.

With the Democrats also at 68%, I'd say my chihuahua could make this prediction.
It's about voter discontent with in bents not Dems or Republicans per se...will Democratic districts vote more in bents out or will Republican districts? The ironic thing is that districts who choose to throw out their representatives will be less represented in the next Congress because their reps won't hold committee chairs....
