great offseason mark![]()
harrington prob wanted bigger role than being a 6th man bench player playing behind Dirk. He can probably start in Denver with Kenyon being injury prone and all
What else can the Mavs get for the MLE though?
Tolliver?
Earl ing Barron?
Is Ronnie ing Brewer still available?
Damn Maves!
We've suffered enough karma to last a lifetime.![]()
Good news for Mavs. He's a chucker who doesn't play D.
On the real I was telling co-workers would be nice if Mavs were really good.
I love basketball.
I live near Dallas and I woud like to attend more than just the Lakers game every year ...
Dirk is a star and deserves more. Everyone crediting the Heat but Dirk was the one who took (gave) the biggest hometown discount ...
Nice guys finish last I guess.
I'm actually hoping the Spurs can steal him for what's left of our MLE, so I'd prefer you not offer him the whole thing. We'd probably get him anyway since you're the Mavs, but why risk it?
Don't know why Mav fans are crying. Maybe it's because the team tried hard to pursue Harrington and failed, but Harrington really isn't that good anyway. Nuggets got him for a good price, though.
he thought his tatoos would be a better fit for denver
I liked the idea of Harrington coming off the bench in Dallas, I don't know if I like it for Denver..they need big man depth, so it's good in that regard, but he's going to a system that will just encourage his flaws, which is chucking and not playing any D, the same problems he had in NY and GS..
Didn't Pierce actually take significantly less than Dirk did? I'm not discounting what Dirk did (as you shouldn't with the trio in Miami), but Pierce left a lot on the table as well.
Damn, that's horrible. Even if it's a good thing for the Mavs, they turn down better players and get turned down by the worse players.
