Regardless of if you think this "scandal" is true, or remotely accurate, or not, in terms of ethics and good business practice, in your opinion, should Stern/the NBA investigate these accusations? Is the mere fact that these reports of alleged foul-play and scandal exist, just cause for the NBA to take further independent action, or are they better off to remove themselves from this?
