people say Blair is 6'4?
glad you had a good time though!
Watched the Summer League games, man what a blast. First off, people in Vegas LOVE Chris Weber, which is VERY surprising but people went crazy everywhere he went. Anyway just wanted to give some info to those who care, but here goes: Demarcus Cousins is a monster, the guy is a BEAST, if he works hard he's going to be the steal of this draft. Saw and talked to Blair, he's a very awesome guy, very down to Earth, for all those saying he is 6'4, trust me he's not, he's a little taller than Gee, who is a legit 6'6, so Blair is a solid 6'7. Speaking of Gee, that guy is BUILT. John Wall was ok, but in all honesty he's nothing great, the Asian kid on Dallas took him to school and back, and yes, he even won a tip against Wall. Blake Griffin is cool, he's not 6'10 though, he is maximum 2 inches more than his 6'6, 6'7 brother Taylor, who is pretty damn built as well. Flip Saunders is cool too, guy is way too chill, doesn't even seem like an NBA coach. Pop was there, with his pink shorts, typical Pop. Saw RC Bufford too, he's pretty tall too, I'm 6'4 and he was a bit taller than me.. Anyways just wanted to post some info, ill post some pictures when they get developed.![]()

Well I live in LA and commentators always say Blair is about 6'4, 6'5, I also heard Pop say, "What Blair, the 6'2 power forward?" LOL, he was kidding but it was funny
Webber is loved because he's a small minority owner of the Palms from his days as the Maloof family's best player ever brought to Sacramento.
Blair is 6'7" in his Basketball Shoes.
Very cool. mfanatic.
And, yeah, Cousins is scary good. Just a monster.
If he loves the game and can keep his head on straight, he's a legitimate franchise Big. Someone who'd actually deserve a max-contract. But I can't shake the feeling I've got that he's going to be on of those True Hollywood Stories. Like some kind of tragic figure or something -- at minimum a woulda-coulda-shoulda.
Hopefully that's not the case because he's scary good. Haven't seen a big guy combined that kind of skill and fire (like don't-want-to-mess-with-or-get-in-the-way-of-that-dude fire) in a long time. At least not from a star-level talent.
That's the best thing about summer league in Vegas. All these big and little basketball names are just milling about all over the venue. Every basketball junkie should go at least once.
Yeah everyone has to catch a Summer league weekend, it's great because the players are literally just walking around and hanging out, ready to talk to fans and just hung out.
Will be there for tomorrow and sundays games, anyone else going to be there?
Gee and Blair measured the same size a pre-draft camp - 6' 5.25" (no shoes), 6' 6.5" (with shoes).
And yeah summer league is a blast. I agree with CD that everyone who loves basketball should try to go.
For the record, Blair and Gee are the exact same height: w/o shoes 6' 5.25'' w/ 6' 6.5
You're forgiven, just make sure to check with me from now on.![]()
Harvard Grad Jeremy Lin. Good player, don't know if he'll stick in the NBA though. But was a real good player collegiately.the Asian kid on Dallas took him to school and back
how much are tickets to a game? or is it free?
I like Vegas but I liked Rocky Mountain Review in SLC more. RMR was more basketball oriented. Vegas is about partying with basketball sprinkled in.
It's like $25 general admission each day. You can see as many games as you want that day and move freely between the Cox Pavillion and T&M Center.
that is sweeeet, I'll definitely go sometime![]()
Rc is 6'5'' by the way! you should have talked to him hes really down to earth
