from experience what ive seen, being a gets girls, but these girls are only there for a short period of time when they grow out of that thuglife living it up type of in their lives, b4 they settle down...they come to the nice guys who think they are still gettin something pure brand new in a box....

Pretty much, throughout high school I saw a lot of amazing girls with a bunch of re ed bags... one of those girls was with my best friend.
He ended up cheating on her TONS of times, I know because I was with the dude all the time... it was when he got with another friends GF that I put an end to that .
The girl is still amazing, and she grew out of it. She had even considered marrying him.
I'll tell you something though, I bet you he regrets everything he did now.

I'm about as nice as they come but you can't be nice all the time. You have to make fun of/ not put up with her all the time. Women like men who are men. The ones who don't, the ones who want a guy who will do whatever they want is someone you don't want to be with. Those are the really nutty ones. You can be nice just don't go overboard with it.
Put her in her place every now and then, the same way you would your best friend.
My soon to be ex-wife decided that it would be preferable to go to Seaworld instead of taking care of our kids because I was too sick to do it, considering I couldn't hold anything down all day yesterday.

I used to be the nice guy who did everything for her and never once thought about being a bad boyfriend/husband. All that got me was cheated on once (which I forgave) and being told it was going to happen again before she left me and the kids.

Anyhow, the current lady friend knows that I expect her to hold her own in almost all regards of relational livin'. I'm not saying you have to be a complete asshole all of the time, but you can't be a pushover most of the time. Keep a steady hand and invite her to do the same. If not, then like the infamous words of Iceberg Slim, "When a b#$ch be actin' up, my backhand be slappin' it up!" Just kidding. Physical violence is never thet answer.
