So trying to make this, just need to get things lined up!
Did anybody make it there? I wanted to but was not able to.
Missed it but would have been a cool event... I used to see the Toros players there often in the middle of the day on weekdays when they were housed in the apartments right near there and we'd go there for lunch.
It was alright. Maybe George was in a bad mood or something. He just sort of kept his head down signed some stuff and hid behind his handlers.
The advertisement said there would be giveaways. There was a signed basketball, but the raffle tickets were $5 a piece.
And, they had George Hill t-shirts for sale at $20 a pop. As far as I saw, the only sold one.
Wasn't nearly as much fun as I'd hoped. I heard he was paid $2800 for the appearance.
