I loved that show. I really wish they would bring some of the old stuff back. The only reason Spongebob is considered so original and edgy is because Rocko's Modern Life paved the way for it, and Ren and Stimpy before that. Salute Your Shorts was awesome as well.

it was a prime-time show, geared for adults. Lots of Cold War humor, etc. that went over kids heads.
