The events that took place during the game are shameful, however the positive side is that none of the players are in danger of facing any penalties (neither the Greek nor the Serbian players). At least this is what people from the greek basketball federation believe.
The reason being that the referees' report does not really harm either harm. Particularly it states that there was a confrontation among players on court, without naming any of the players or staff members that were involved. The report also states that 2:40m before the end of the game and while Greece was ahead 75-74 the game was interrupted indefinitely.
Regarding the video of the game, in accordance with the law, it cannot be submitted as evidence on its own accord and logically speaking no one will get punished no matter what the video actually shows.
Bourousis and Krstic were taken by the police. Krstic might be prosecuted.
