I think the difference between Palin Derangement Syndrome and Obama Derangement Syndrome is that Half-Governor Palin is in fact a dumb and criticism of her does not come from extremes but normal American citizens. It's based on logic and facts supported by her bull rhetoric and incompetence.

Plus, we know the outcome of her being voted President - she will quit halfway through to become an Intergalactic Senator.

Palin has no credibility outside of ignorant fringes like WC and Yoni.

" If Sarah Palin runs for President in 2012 she can’t count on a whole lot of support back home. 62% of Alaska Republicans are opposed to her making a White House bid and she gets only 17% in a hypothetical 2012 primary in the state tying for her second with Mike Huckabee behind Mitt Romney.

Among voters who say they support the goals of the Tea Party only 31% want Palin to run and even with ones who consider themselves to be active members of the Tea Party there are still only 42% who think she should make the leap."

She's gonna need 100s of $Ms to run, who's gonna finance her?

What really typifies her ignorance is that in 2008 as veep candidate, she didn't know who Margaret Thatcher was.

Money won't be an issue for her. Votes will. I don't think most Americans want to go from the far left to the far right.

It won't happen, yet she continues to sponge up all of the hate/attention from the left. It is very amusing.

Her daughter is doing dancing with the stars ffs after almost getting back with King nozzle. Quit worrying (srs).

If you don't have 100s of $Ms, you can't run, never mind win, the Presidency.

She doesn't have the money nor the votes. She's a venal loser.

Only 17 percent of the 805 Alaska Republicans surveyed by Public Policy Polling said they would back Palin in a 2012 GOP primary, the same percentage who voiced support for former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.

Romney led the field, garnering 20 percent.

The disconnect between electability and substance remains troubling.
Winning is more about projecting one's image successfully than putting forth coherent ideas or sane policy.

Perhaps it's in the nature of the contest. Media storm.

So miffed that when she came out for Joe Miller he came from behind and took the Senate Seat from Murkowski.

Prove there's any causality between pitbull 's endorsement and Miller winning.

For a state floating in federal subsidies, Miller wants to stop all federal funds to Alaska. That'll teach them feds not to mess with them backwoods inbreds.

    "my baby"

only 28% of Alaskan voters voted. pitbull was trashing Murkowski more than she was promoting Miller.

"Among Miller's views: He wants to eliminate the Department of Education, believes the government shouldn't pay for unemployment insurance and says of climate change on his campaign site that it "may not even exist." Among the more mainstream GOP positions he's taken: Miller would cut welfare; eliminate health care for the poor by scrapping Medicaid; and the Anchorage Daily News reported that he has has called for sweeping cuts to Medicare and Social Security with a goal of phasing them out entirely in favor of total privatization."

... in state whose boat floats in a sea of federal dollars, collected from other states. Highest per capita federal recipient of any state.

Same hypocrisy of other states and Koch Industries that are suing to stop health reform, but pocketing health reform's federal dollars, and loving it.

If Palin gets the Republican nomination; the Republicans don't WANT to win back the presidency; she is, IMO, unelectable, no matter how low Obama's ratings sink - I can't imagine people don't realize this.

Could be the Pols in Washington recognize that one party rule is not healthy for in bents; Republicans have taken a bath; now it's the Dems turn. Make sure the legislative and executive are from opposite parties - and there is always a scapegoat to sell to keep your job.
