A lot of guys stepped up last night and kept us in it while Tim struggled offensively. Nazr continued to capitalize on the weak side with 12 points and some HUGE offensive boards. Horry was Big Shot Bob again. Tony hit a few big jumpers. Manu worked his ass of.

    Bowen deserves some props.

Bruce held Allen to 44% shooting, forced him into 6 turnovers (half of Seattle's total), and smothered Allen's three point attempt late in the 4th that would have put Seattle back on top. Offensively, he connected 3 of 6 from the field, and his corner three in the 4th to helped the Spur keep up with the breakneck pace. With a two point margin of victory, every bucket the Spurs made was critical (including Barry's little dipper in the lane before he fouled out). Bruce was one of several who contributed, but IMO he was a quiet difference maker in game 6.
