Parents: Dying Girl, 7, Taunted by Neighbors in Trenton

TRENTON, Mich. - Her family says 7-year-old Kathleen Edward is in the final stages of a degenerative brain disorder diagnosed as Huntington's Disease - the same disease which killed her mother, Laura, when she was only 24.
A neighbor who is feuding with the family admitted to posting grim depictions of Laura and Kathleen on Facebook, and also has a coffin hitched to a pick-up truck in front of the house - which the neighbor says is for a halloween decoration.
One photo depicts Laura in the arms of the grim reaper, while the other features Kathleen's face above a set of crossbones.
Police responded to the public feud Thursday, but no arrests were made.
A rally for Kathleen Edward has been planned for Saturday, Oct. 23 from 3 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Haas Park in Trenton.
The invitation reads: She has been tormented by sadistic neighbors. Please come and join us in showing Kathleen there are good people that care.

Woman is still a , but at least the dumbass husband is starting to realize just how disgusting the antics really were. Glad to see the community stand up for the family and show the assholes how being tormented feels.

Husband asshole apologized publicly, not available for comment. Husband dismantled the coffin truck and hid it from view.
The assholes house was egged, had prank pizza deliveries all night and they received death threats.
All good in my opinion in instances like this.

My first thought after reading this is: I really wish someone would take the law to his hands and take care of them. I think having the beaten out of them and being hospitalized for 6 months sounds about right for what they did.
Saw it on /new/. I didn't see it on /b/, which is where they would really get hammered. But I only scrolled through a couple pages.
Someone got to them, don't know who or what they did, but they put the truck out of view, took down the offensive decorations, and the husband purposefully apologized for "their stupidity." It didn't make sense to me cuz they seemed cool with the PPO's and talking to the media...but after you said you saw it /new/, probably /b/ got to them.
I didn't know the Mav Krew lived in Trenton, Michigan.
