Simmons. Sounded like he plays older than he is.
Marcus Cousin
Alonzo Gee
James Gist
Curtis Jerrells
Gary Neal
Bobby Simmons
Garrett Temple
Kirk Penney
If you had to make a decision to cut one guy after this game, which guy would that be?
Simmons. Sounded like he plays older than he is.
Bonner..because I couldn't watch the game, but I just know. (yes I hope he gets better)
I'd take them all over Bonner.
I can't say b/c we weren't able to watch the game.
What Jag said..
He's too old.
I might actually want to cut Temple based on his last two performances. He did do rather well defensively tonight, but his running the offense was atrocious the last two outings for him.
He needs to pick it up some to stay in the mix IMO.
temple will get it going he didn't play alot this summer...hill doesnt look great himself but they will get going in time
I wonder why Gee is getting no burn and RJ so much?
How many of them can the Spurs keep and be at 14? My priorities would be Temple, Gee, CJ, Cousin, and Neal. Since I could only hear the game, I can't say I have a very informed opinion. And people have to remember how Temple played last season, he played too many minutes for him looking solid to be a fluke.
The Spurs have 11 guaranteed contracts at the moment, so they can keep 3 non-guaranteeds to be at 14. Of the players listed in this poll, all of them are non-guaranteed except for Gary Neal- his first year is fully guaranteed, so he is not likely to get cut directly.
Short answer: they can keep 4 players listed on this poll and be at 14, but Gary Neal will be one of them.
Agreed (even if i didnt watch game 2 either). I think Penney and Gist are out. I thought CJ would be cut but he proved me wrong so far. Cousin won't see time so hes better off with the Toros.
I would cut gist or simmons and I just hope anderson doesn"t suck.
