The AD700s. No question.
Active noise cancellation is BAD.
If you want slightly warmer sound, you might consider the Sennheiser HD280s or HD555s.

I hear the 280's are weak on bass.
555's are only an extra 30 bucks, so I like that. I hear the AD 700's sound just as good, but the open headphones kind of turn me off, as does a 10 foot cord.
Well, . Same length for 555's.
Think I'm going to settle on the 555's, unless something miraculous happens and I need 30 bucks really bad.
The 555s are also open.
it. Still getting them. I just don't like the idea of a 10 foot cord. I might have to buy some extra ones to use to things not happening in my casa, or a long trip somewhere.
