Bucks are the better team.. they roll.... 101-83
Big opening game for the Hornets. CP3 returns from an injury, 7 new players in the rotation tonight, 1st year head coach in Monty Williams. Bucks, especially Bogut will be a tough matchup tonight.
C Okafor/Mbenga vs Bogut/Gooden - Edge Bucks
PF West/Smith/ vs Gooden/Luc-Richard/- slight edge Hornets
SF Ariza/Peja vs Delfino/Ilyasova - tie
SG Bellinelli/Thornton vs Salmons/Maggette - Bucks
PG CP3/Bayless vs Jennings/Dooling - Hornets
It's going to be a close one, but I think the Hornets will steal a win tonight at home 121-63.
Bucks are the better team.. they roll.... 101-83
I agree Bucks are the better team, but I think the Hornets will hit their jumpers tonight at home. If not, they will lose because Okafor can't defend Bogut. Also West needs to have a strong game as well. because the Bucks have a big edge on the wings. I think CP3 will be sluggish trying to buy a ticket out of town. Should have kept Collison.
Hornets have championship leadership in Mbenga now. NO by double digits
Will be a contested game, Bucks prevail.
ol papa has seen the light!
I wish I had the opportunity to watch this one. They're both pretty evenly matched, but I'll give it to the Hornets since it's in NO.
what happened to 55-win ecstasy?
Oh son we are still going to win 55 games ... I just fear the Deer
yeah es, Hornets with the win. Best PG in the league is back!
Bucks are going to take a step back..too many high-usage offensive players on the same team, it's going to be too difficult to get them playing together..
Bogut isn't going to be healthy all year(which he has said), and teams have figured them out more than they did last year, obviously..
They won't be as good as Atlanta and Chicago..
Nice to see Paul playing like he did though, still the best PG in the NBA..
BR, feeling strong & proud. Ready to beat the world. Coming in for a quickie.
You're right. They didn't have the same flow offensively, and their defense wasn't that great either. Hornets had tons of open looks, but didn't get alot of them to fall. Still, this was a nice win for the Hornets, especially playing with 9 new players on the floor tonight. CP3 looked like his usual self and Ariza was fantastic defensively.
Now that you're in a good mood, BR, it is probably a good time to put in another request for a decent looking girl to lodge in photo.
What say, old horse?
This Hornets version will challenge for the Bulls 72-win mark. Only question will be the health of this team and 1st-year coach Monty Williams making adjustments. He did a fine job last night.
So much for your prediction.![]()
