121-65
I am contemplating betting on this game Hornets + 1, so BRHORNET45 are your boys gonna take care of bizness tonight against the Nuggets???
Hornets 97
Nuggets 95
gonna be a close one sons. expect King Paul to drop 25 and 12
Ty Lawson is going to make it look like Cp3 has concrete shoes on.....
Ariza should earn his paycheck in this game. He seems to be good at slowing down Melo.
CP3 - 20pts 14 assist
DWest - 26pts 10 rebounds
Ariza - 18pts
That sounds like a good game ... we will see if NOLA is legit ...
Sluggish finish to the 1st half. We had a chance to deliver an early knockout blow, but gave the Nuggets too many FTs. No excuse for that. Need to play defense without fouling.
This game will forever stain the Hornets franchise.
He clearly hit his hand. CP3 probably exaggerated the landing, but still a foul.
CP3 fell like somebody shot him. Ridiculous.
He's tired to be honest. This game is alot closer than it should have been so he's had to raise his performance this quarter.
He's made. He's talented enough. He doesn't need to do that .
Okafor has been a beast this game. He and Ariza's defense are winning this game.
I know.
Agree. Ariza bodying up Melo worked. Okafor had a couple key blocks
Ariza addition has drastically improved our defense. Okafor was surprisingly controlling the paint.
If we make our FTs, we win.
I'll take the win, but I'm disappointed because we had a chance to blow this game open earlier and we let Denver back in. Now we have to travel to San Antonio tomorrow night which is difficult enough, but the team exerted so much energy when it didn't have to. Doubt we will win tomorrow, but 2-0 is still a nice start especially against the Bucks and Nuggets.
I only caught the 4th quarter, but it was a fun ending. Good win for the Hornets
Hornets bench dominated the first half and had a 16 point lead in the 2nd quarter and had a 14 point lead early in the 3rd, but missed FTs, missed layups, turnovers and just poor ball movement on offense led to a big drought and Denver took advantage. Billups was tough tonight. Got to the FT line every chance he got. He was outplaying CP3 until the 4th quarter.
