Spasm, not sure if involved with the flagrant. It looked like he just hit his head on that one.
He is fine and should be back 100% next game
I heard on the radio briefly about a flagrant foul that sounded like it involved Hill.
Then, I see his minutes are very limited and Parker is playing a lot.

Trapezius muscle spasm, AKA charlie horse. Right (shooting) shoulder.
I thought that seeing as how Smith laid the wood across Hill head, that he would've at least tried to hold him and break his fall. Had he done so, he likely would've only received a flagrant 1, instead of a 2.
Sure looked like it hurt.
It was a tough foul, he neck looked like it was the main problem
Looked pretty damn when it initally happened...hopefully he's alright.

Hill, FWIW, had no hard feelings for Smith. "Just a hard foul. That's b-ball." Says it's too early to tell if he'll play Wednesday at PHX.

...Spurs coach Gregg Popovich was relieved Hill’s injury wasn’t worse.
“It’s not like his shoulder is out of joint,” Popovich said. “It’s just that muscle is stiff. He can’t turn his head. It might take a little while, but it could have been a whole lot worse if it were a shoulder situation.”
That loser smith clearly went for hills body and not the ball, while hill was in the air he knocked him off balance, we're definetly lucky it wasn't worse. That was a dangerous play, he should get fined.
I agree with Tony. It was a hard foul, but the fact that Smith made no deliberate attempt to make a play on the ball, made it a dirty foul.
Justice was served.....Ejected!!! IMO the league should look at it for possible suspension..
