It pretty much means nothing. It's just kind of an annoying name and I made it to get on a trolls nerves at the old WOAI board. It's pronounced who + the 3 T sound...the third T is the key.

I enjoy whottt's posts. I think its difficult to win an argument against him. He is usually right, and if he is not, well he will drive you crazy with his long responses until you don't know what the you were arguing in the first place.
