I'm pretty sure FCC regulations have a lot to do with that. Plus a lot of children grow up watching football and American society loves to censor things and act like the world is all sunshine and rainbows to protect its kids from the way the world really is.

I agree though. I think the major networks should get one fan from each of the teams playing in whatever game they are broadcasting and let them call the action. That would be the .

For the record I think Gus Johnson (calls NFL games for CBS and is one of the guys on the newest Madden game) is an annoying piece of and has got to go. But for some reason a lot of people seem to enjoy him screaming at the top of his lungs after every ing play no matter if something awesome happens or not.

Mr. Stockton there is nothing wrong with screaming your head off about a touchdown or a sick catch or awesome play. But like "AND ANDRE JOHNSON HAULS IT IN FOR A 7 YARD GAIN! MR. CLUTCH! WOOO" is pretty gay.
