That wasn't a UFO. It was a new mini-van.
Finally gave up on my old car and bought a new one. Now I've become what I always hated - Mini-Van Mom. It feels a lot like selling out somehow. I'm torn between hating myself and loving my new toy.
More strangely, we saw a UFO last night. Two, actually. That was just... weird. Two totally separate, unfamiliar flying things. Still don't know quite what to make of it.
That wasn't a UFO. It was a new mini-van.
now just wear the khaki capris and stick a few soccer ball stickers on the back windshield and the transformation will be complete.
When your kids are little a van is fine. I went kicking and screaming from my BMW to a van (3 car seats), then to an SUV. I miss my van
And we're in Texas, just look around---Ford Expedition and everything it's size is the sell-out mom car here!
For whatever it's worth minivans look a lot better than they did ten years ago, generally speaking.
Mini vans are great...Thanks for sharing the make year model etc...
mma = Man to Man Action
Nobody asked, smart-aleckIt's a 2009 Toyota Sienna LE.
Now I have to find a humorous, alien-related bumper sticker and it'll be perfect.

We looked at a lot of minivans when we bought a new vehicle recently. We ended up getting an SUV (Dodge Durango), but there are some nice looking minivans these days compared to in the past.
Yeah I think if it were me I'd try to go for a crossover instead.
crofl!!!
Mini vans are very practical family vehicles…The Toyota's & Honda's IMO are the cream…(You will get years of reliable service, good choice)...Now about that spaceship…You didn’t provide much information so I cant tell you if you saw a real UFO or not…
There's nothing wrong with getting a minivan. Let's face it, when you have kids and all their to tote around, you need the cargo room. Plus, taking a vacation that requires a day or more of driving is miserable in a sedan full of people and luggage. We're trading in my car in January for probably an SUV. The minivans are much more comfy but they feel so big to me--like driving a boat.
Smart choice!
SUVs are redundant vehicles. If you are hauling...get a truck, if you're a soccer mom...get a mini van. And plus, It's hard to make a left turn because these SUVs block your view of oncoming traffic.
I agree.
When I was just a freshman in HS, my parents bought a '98 Ford Windstar. Awful ing minivan. The one's I see advertised nowadays look damn near sporty.
