About two weeks ago, I was here asking for advice about what to do since a girl I was with told me she was pregnant. Today, I decided to stop by her place, and I walked inside...and she was having sex with another man.

I was devastated...I've literally been driving around crying for hours, drowning my sorrow with dairy queen. Anyways...now I'm not sure what to do. I'm now not at all sure whether the child is mine or not. First of all, how can she even have sex while pregnant? I thought thats unsafe for the baby, what if that thing was poking him in the head or something...

Second, if the baby was mine, and some other guy was... ing her...is it possible that the baby comes out his? I'm 100% sure I'm gonna ask for a paternity test if she asks for child support..or tries to put my last name on the certificate...how long do I have to wait to get a test?

2nd trimester of pregnancy after the start of he 12th week. best bet is to wait it out, unless you really want to pay for it. can be expensive for prenatal testing $250-$1500. after the child is born you could have one as cheap as $75.
