I don't know, the Spurs may be the better team, but the Suns are far better than Denver or Seattle, and they are pissed. I think this is far and away their best chance to win. The Spurs will have to play better than they played in game 1 to win. I think they can, but if there's a game to predict a Suns win, this is it.
Now everyone who said Wilbon is great for his article giving the Spurs props will be saying he is an idiot.
Grow up people, these guys are supposed to write what they think, not cheerlead.
I think that the suns have an excellent shot to win tonight. They are at home, Marion will probably have more than 3 points, and we probably won't have a 43 point quarter. On the other hand, I am tired of nearly all of the "experts" on ESPN saying that the Spurs will lose on the day of every playoff game. I almost never see guys like Wilbon or Marriotti or Woody Paige pick the Spurs in any single game.

Yeah the Suns certainly could win tonight, I'd actually say they have to because you don't want to go down 2-0 and have to go back to the SBC Center.
Having said that it would be huge if the Spurs can fight the normal tendencies to let down and crush the Suns....
if the spurs are gonna lose any game...its gonna be this one. the suns will be focused and will be on fire. spurs win the series but i think suns win this one.

Suns haven't won "big" all year against SA, not even when Tim and Manu sat out, so I don't see why they would tonight. They may win, but I don't see PHO beating any team "big" that is willing to get back in transition defense.
Yeah I also remember him saying that the Pacers were going to win game 6 big.
If they don't win and win big tonight, the series will be all but over.
The Suns can win the game, that wouldn't let me down, realistically. What would disappoint me would be an asskicking. You do not want to give Phoenix too much confidence heading to San Antonio with, perhaps, Joe Johnson returning.
That's the key. Johnson WILL be back for game three. If Phx wins tonight, that is A LOT of motivation to win game three.
