    Hey

So I'm having my brother setup a slingbox pro HD I had shipped to our parents house. They are switching to att uverse this week.

I had planned on just hooking up a coax cable directly to the slingbox and using the built in tuner.

Now I wanna know if I'll need it to be hooked up to a HD decoder box? I'm just interested in streaming the spurs games from home. So I guess its Kens5, FSSW and CW35?

Or can I just stick with my original plan? Thanks

you need to hook it up to an HD uverse box if you want to watch the games on your computer in HD

if you don't care about HD then you can use a regular uverse box to hook it up to, but coax would give you the worst quality, use an svideo cable instead

I've had a slingbox classic for 4 years, you'll never miss another spurs game and won't have to worry about web streams like atdhe going down.
