San Antonio in the Lottery?

Correct me if I am wrong but when we traded Malik Rose to New York, we also traded two conditional first round draft picks. Was one of the conditions that if Cleveland wins the lottery we keep the pick? Let me explain. Way back in 1988 the Suns traded Larry Nance to Cleveland for Tyrone Corbin, Kevin Johnson, Mark West and a conditional first round pick. The condition of the pick was that as soon as Cleveland makes the playoffs the Suns would get the pick. The problem is Cleveland has not made the playoffs since 1988. So the Suns are still waiting for that pick or were, because the Suns traded that pick to us when we traded Leonardo Barbosa to them. Now when we traded that pick to New York there was a condition put on it, I wonder if it was that if Cleveland wins the Lottery or is in the top five we keep it. Someone please prove me right.
