After the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Denver Nuggets 86-83 on Thursday night, Portland's Nicolas Batum explained the team's game plan for Carmelo Anthony.
"We tried to attack him," Batum told the Associated Press. "We know that he doesn't want to play defense."
Batum reportedly said that the game plan was to attack on offense with whomever Anthony was defending.
See, this is why Carmelo is not the 'Spurs Center 3 time NBA finals MVP'.
Batum's become a solid two way role player, but he's going to get a can of whoopass next time he faces Carmelo.
wait for the knicks to acquire the guy and watch them allow 140ppg
Melo is not a bad defender when motivated.
the dude is rarely motivated.
at least at denver
Exactly lol.
