Who knows how much money gets thrown around by the government without being do ented or checked out? Not me, and it'll never be something we can actually regulate from the outside looking in.
There's shady deals going on all the time. Smaller govt? Yes, please...but THIS stuff is something that'll never go away. , we even went to war over ONE SINGLE mother er saying he had info...smaller govt. ain't going to fix that when everyone else was saying that dude was making up.

But the more likely scenario is that this is exactly the failure it appears to be.
