damn i am really wasting my talents... i could make $1500 just by painting kramer and not even putting my all into it and leaving out plenty of detail? wow!

come on now mouse, i've posted plenty in the past and you've visited those threads. at the moment, i have nothing new and don't intend on doing anything for a while.
"art" just amazes me these days. nowadays it's nothing shy of stencil work, which if i had to guess, this kramer painting is nothing more than a photo posterized in order to simplify it for said artist to paint.
a friend of mine bought a similar piece by some other artist, my friend ended up s ing out 4k for that pos. a painting from a stencil of brad pitt from fight club. give me a break!
well, good news is that the artist will suck me off in lieu of framing my painting.
also, if you like the piece you've bought, cool. what boggles my mind is the price tag these pieces have attached to them.

That has nothing to do with art and everything to do with your friend being an idiot.
i think she's an idiot too for buying that pos especially for 4k. i told her to hook me up with the supplies and a quarter of some bomb ass and i'd paint her something better. oh well...
as for stencils and posterizations, imo, they have nothing to do with art as well. they have everything to do with no talent hacks though.
Maybe if you actually asked for money, instead of pot, you could quit your job as a male secretary. Food for thought.
