E! deeply regrets that a draft report from E! Online, which contained some false information regarding the Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson marriage, was accidentally disseminated. The couple has not filed for divorce. E! apologizes to Nick, Jessica, their families and their fans for any distress this may have caused.

E! broke that story but has since retracted it. So no divorce...yet.

Rumor has it SHE's the one that's been cheating. One was with Johnny Knoxville and the other is Bam Magera from Viva La Bam.
And yes, I think it's only a matter of time before they split also. Especially since Nick has become MR. Jessica Simpson.

Nick and Jessica's Tour of Duty on ABC the other night was pretty good stuff, but I was also pretty loaded.
They showed Jess firing an M4 at the range...she was in jeans and a tshirt...man, that was AWESOME. She was leaning over and squeezing off some shots... and the ABC camera guys are PROS... I needed a cigarette..
I'd hit it.
