carmelo anthony on the mavs? ok, i'm sure others had the same idea before but think about it. the mavs need a second scorer alongside dirk. i think dirk and melo could dominate the league for years to come...and i'm not talking about the regular season, i'm talking about playoffs. melo is young and dirk will still be a threat in his late 30s because of his size and shooting ability.

trade him for caron butler + beaubois please..a player like butler is worthless in the playoffs. roddy is a talent..but we don't really need him while dirk is still in his prime.

melo wants out..that's not a secret. i doubt there will be better trade offers for him. what do the knicks have to offer?..other possibility: he will leave the nuggets as a free agent next summer and the nuggets get nothing in return.

No offense Mavfans, I got respect for most of yall, but stop creaming yourselves over these trade fantasies already. Tyson Chandler has been playing so well, and it's still semi early in the season, when Chandler fully adapts, The Mavs will be even more of an offensive juggernaut. There's no reason to be trading right now, you're stacked for this season.
