The Congressional Dems don't like because it just less deal and it will not get pass Congress in current form, if at all.
The Repugs don't like it because it doesn't screw all St Ronnie's Cadillac Queens leaching off unemployment who refuse to look for work, with 1 job offered for every 5 job seekers.
