    He never had a chance to miss it because the snap was awful and over the holder's head. But he did miss two short FGs earlier in the game.

    They completely dominated the first half, Torain had 150+ yards on the ground, but they were only up 10-3 because Gano is a .

    I also was wondering about that fifth down.

    The fifth down was apparently fourth because they got a first on the Anthony Armstrong catch. I dunno though.

    That's the refs explanation so they don't look so stupid. But that just makes them look even more stupid because it was clearly a yard short of the first down.
