Newegg and Ebay are the only two I use.

If you were given $100 to spend online* what website would you spend it at, i.e. what is your favorite online shopping website?

I favor amazon. They're a big company, they've been around a while, and you can pretty much trust you won't get screwed under normal cir stances. Plus, if you've never used them you can sign up for Amazon Prime which is free freight for certain purchases. $.02

Amazon is probably where I shop the most online, but I was assuming the OP meant smaller or more specialized sites.

Newegg and Amazon are where I buy almost all of my online.
Amazon, with a little of Overstock thrown in. But Amazon rules all, because it does all the work for you in compiling the best prices on one site.
