TP on playing against Nash Monday:

“Everyone knows I love to play against Nash, everyone knows that. He’s one of the best point guards in the NBA and it’s been like that for a long time. I’ve always had some success against them and hopefully that continues.”

They just played in OKC, so I guess some of them'll be a little tired. Don't know if Vice, Pietrus and Marcin are playing tonight, but we should still win this one. I just hope they don't go crazy and score 20 threes on us.

They wont play until Dec 23, I believe. So the Suns are gonna be short handed tonight.

Grant Hill (37 minutes) and Shaq had great games this weekend. 38-year old Grant should be pretty tired tonight. If only Tim and Manu could have those kind of games in a few years.

Apart from the B2B, Phx should have a lot of confidence coming from behind in 4th qtr and winning a close game @OKC.

The Suns, despite a short roster & .500 record, should give us a run for our $. Although we should win, it will most likely be a tough one.

You know he's in Boston, right?

Spurs better win this game. The Suns are not a good team anymore, and now they're horrible since they're missing two players.

We better win by at least 15.

I interpreted his post as a "kudos" to the old players playing well, not implying that Shaq was still a Sun.

    Could be wrong though.

Well, I never thought I'd be typing this, but I have faith that RJ will be able to contain Hill and limit his effectiveness.

Wow, feels really, really strange to put those words on a page.

My only concern is Nash going off for 13-16 shooting tonight with 5 triples.

Run them ragged, get a little payback. If you sprint up and down the court for 48 and they only have 8 players, something will eventually give.

yep, payback for last season's playoff sweep. Put different kind of tears in Stevie's eyes, and more Spurs in his nightmares.

Spurs generally play down to undermanned teams. I would love to see a gradual pull away and give some guys some 4th quarter rest.

Haven't had a laugher in a while, so I won't be surprised if it is close. Missing Hill sucks...

Payback? No no no, that's not how this works. Last season's sweep was our payback, for all the misery the Spurs have caused us this decade. You guys don't get payback, you've been paying it forward for years now.

It was literally your "championship." After conquering the K2 Summit, you guys relaxed on Everest.
