Online
or do you still dial the phone number and verbally place your order?
I did once verrrrry inebriated. Last time![]()
I rarely have pizza delivered. But when I do I just call. I refused to sign up and all that jazz.
I order online all the time from quite a few places. Carry-out, wings, pizza, chinese.
Yep, online order & delivery is even available here in Thailand.
McD's & KFC also deliver, as do many local restaurants.
I just drive to the LC down the road and pay my $5.99 for a hot-n-ready
I order online from Domino's. It allows me to relax for a bit and time my trip perfectly so I can pick it up as fresh as possible with their little thing that shows you the cooking process.
I order Pizza Hut online too, but not nearly as much.
That tracker thing is interesting. I always wonder if Frankie is really the one rolling out my dough or if it just inserts random names.
I've ordered online for Wingstop takeout.
I do wingstop online and also pizza hut and dominoes. I also almost always reserve my RedBox online so I can just swipe my card and go.
Frankie does my dough as well.
I order online for Pizza Hut. I don't eat Dominoes and I don't eat Pappa Johns as much as I'd like but when I do it's usually spur of the moment so I pick it up.
The name on the tracker is the name of the store manager that is working at that time.
I call, usually better specials that way.
Not necessarily. There are plenty of online only specials as well.
On the rare occasion I order from a big chain, I'll usually order online.
I usually prefer to order from local places, though. If you look around, you can usually find one that delivers and actually makes REAL pizza (or, at least, closer to it).
Plus good to support the local business.
Discount!!!
Restaurants that make good pizza generally don't have online ordering.
...he posted on an online forum.
Ordering online from Wingstop is the best. I love Wingstop, especially since I live 5 minutes (less with good traffic) from one.
Damn, just realized I forgot that it was $.50 boneless wings today.
True for Pizza Hut. I saw the commercial for the Monday special- something like $6 per pizza up to 3 toppings. The special was not available online, so I called the store. She said that you have to call the store and ask for it.
You can have a satisfying life and still have use for the internet. I don't watch TV much, so I use the internet to catch up on any shows that I watch. The local news is so shallow in its reporting (due to time constraints) and CNN, MSNBC and Fox News are just so tiresome with their constant harboring on a small amount of news, so I turn to the internet for my news.
I bank online, pay bills online, and even shop online as I don't have much time to get to stores and look around, being that I'm a single dad with a 2 and 4 year old. I get information on movies, products, and basically anything that I find interesting. I learn online and buy books to be read on my computer and iPhone.
Right now I'm apartment hunting online, and by this time next year, will hopefully be house hunting online.
I even get my work email at home so I can keep myself informed, so when I do go back to work, I'm not totally out of touch with what's going on (and on the holidays, being gone for more than 2 days in a row can be enough to throw you out of whack with my job).
I even applied for a transfer and a promotion online. The internet has made things so much easier and faster, which is a good thing as I don't have much time to spare these days with work and the kids.
The one thing I don't do is social network beyond this site and Twitter. And even then, on Twitter I get news and interesting links on it more than I actually post. I dropped my Myspace account a long time ago, and I don't do Facebook and never will.
One last thing, next Fall I hope to go back to school to finish up, with half my classes being online if possible.
