Maybe. I suppose one could say Blair is a better rebounder for his size, while Carr was a better shooter/scorer.
Carr was 6' 9'', while Blair is what, 5ft 10?![]()
dejuan blair reminds me of antione carr w/out a midrange jumper

il take JJ son or even big baby davis over blair anyday
my point exactly
Carr reminds me of Blair with a midrange jumper.....![]()
will Blairs streak of consecutive games getting stuffed continue?
Blair starting is getting old. Why put him up against the opposing teams (usually) best big? Start Mcdyess or give Splitter a shot. Blair is better of the bench
Done on purpose I'm sure.....
The name's JJ Hickson.
Meh........ barring the acquisition of a 7 foot shotblocker/rebounder, I was screaming for a Haslem or Big Baby type during the offseason. Salary considerations suck though.![]()
That's not necessarily a function of height, though. Nazr got roofed more than any big man in Spurs history, and usually by someone 6'3" or shorter.
When the Spurs were rumored to be going after Glen Davis two offseasons ago, Spurstalk was up in arms....
2 ft.? When he tries that "jump shot", I am not even sure he really leaves the ground.
Pop is going to let Blair start until he the most hated Spur, so people don't hate Udoka or Bonner so much.
Blair will dunk from the FT line tonight, and be 5 for 6 from beyond the arc. After that, he will pause his NBA2K11 game and come to the game and proceed to turn the ball over and get yanked 2 minutes in.
