Bonner was lighting it up from downtown . . .
When I look to boxscore, he looked awesome tonigh, 17-8 in just 17 minutes. Why did Pop limit his time despite not having foul trouble? Was he keeping fresh Blair for tonight?
Bonner was lighting it up from downtown . . .
His stats were good but stoudemire started to burn him easily and mcdyess did a bettter job on him.
Blair should have seen the floor more and Duncan less.
He went to the bench after that long J he tried and never come back
Blair is going to shake the Big Baby tonight.
He has the flattest jumper I've ever seen.
looking forward to this matchup. battle of the mini beasts.
Blair vs. the famous ballet defense from the Knicks.
Blair wasn't making any stops on defense. Unlike the rest of the team.
You mean LIKE the rest of the team? The only notable player on defense was Dice.
This is an excellent thread!
Blair should have definetely played more, a key issue in the late run by the Knicks was getting all the boards and why not save Dice and Duncan and put him and/or throw Splitter a real bone last pm with a chance to redeem himself in the early 4th - rather than the non-effective Bonner (was last night - not hating on him overall!)
Blair rebounded and shot well. His defense is not good, just like any spurs not named Antonio McDyes.
Ever since the blue text surfaced, I fear the general populous of SpursTalk is losing its ability to detect sarcasm.
Ya, Pop should have played him more..a lot of people at the game where questioning where Blair was..
When Blair has games like that, there's no reason to leave him off, might as well ride him, because he's so inconsistent that you don't know when his next big game is going to be..he's always a horrible defender, but on a night where everybody else on the team can't play D, it doesn't really make a difference whether Blair is out there or not IMO..
